DMT Enzyme為改良型的DpnI限制性?xún)惹忻?，與傳統的DpnI限制性?xún)惹忻赶啾?，具有更高的活性。該酶可以有效地識別并切割腺嘌呤甲基化的GmATC序列，而不能切割非甲基化的GATC序列。DMT Enzyme與多種PCR酶的反應緩沖液兼容(如EasyPfu、TransStart FastPfu等)，PCR結束后，在反應體系中直接加入該酶即可工作，反應結束后，無(wú)需加熱失活即可進(jìn)行下游轉化實(shí)驗。
