白介素-12（Interleukin 12， IL-12），又稱(chēng)為自然殺傷細胞刺激因子(NKSF)[1]、細胞毒性T細胞成熟因子(CLMF)[2-3]或p70 [4]，是由IL-12B(p40)和IL-12A(p35)亞基組成，兩個(gè)亞基間通過(guò)二硫鍵連接。IL-12是一種重要的免疫調節細胞因子，主要由活化的巨噬細胞和樹(shù)突細胞產(chǎn)生。在其眾多多效性功能中，IL-12已被證明可誘導IFN-γ的產(chǎn)生、TH1分化、以及T細胞的活化和NK細胞的增殖。這些功能是通過(guò)IL-12與其異二聚體跨膜受體復合物結合介導的 [5]。本產(chǎn)品為融合表達的p40和p35雙亞基，具有良好的生物學(xué)活性。
