血管內皮生長(cháng)因子（Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor，VEGF），也稱(chēng)為血管通透性因子 （VPF），是胎兒和成人血管生成和血管生成的有效介質(zhì)[1-3]。由于其在血管生成中的作用，腫瘤和基質(zhì)細胞利用 VEGF 刺激血管的形成和內皮細胞的增殖和存活。VEGF也是骨修復再生研究中的重要分子，VEGF的持續釋放已被證明可以提高骨再生的效率[4]。在干細胞分化中，VEGF是一種常見(jiàn)添加的生長(cháng)因子，用于誘導多能干細胞轉化為造血祖細胞[5]。VEGF家族包括多種不同的亞型，其中VEGF165是VEGF-A的一個(gè)亞型，也是研究得最多的VEGF亞型之一。VEGF165是一種在血管生成過(guò)程中起到關(guān)鍵作用的蛋白質(zhì)，對血管內皮細胞具有強烈的促血管生成作用，能夠刺激內皮細胞增殖、存活，并增加血管通透性[6]。
