Activin A由兩個(gè)抑制素β亞基通過(guò)二硫鍵連接組成同型二聚體，通過(guò)特定的受體激活細胞內的信號傳導途徑。Activin A在調控細胞的生長(cháng)、分化、凋亡以及組織修復等多種生物學(xué)過(guò)程中起著(zhù)關(guān)鍵作用[1]。Activin A通過(guò)與I型和II型激活素受體結合，激活SMAD依賴(lài)性信號通路，從而調節目標基因的表達。這一過(guò)程對于多種細胞功能和發(fā)育過(guò)程至關(guān)重要[2-3]。Activin A參與了多種疾病的發(fā)病機制，包括某些癌癥的發(fā)展、自身免疫性疾病的病理過(guò)程以及組織纖維等。Activin A的調節作用使其成為治療策略中的潛在靶點(diǎn)，尤其是在促進(jìn)傷口愈合、改善免疫功能以及抗癌治療中 [4-6]。
