干擾素-γ （Interferon-gamma，IFN-γ），也稱(chēng)為II型干擾素，是一種由自然殺傷細胞、活化的T細胞和某些其他免疫細胞產(chǎn)生的多功能細胞因子。IFN-γ在調節免疫反應、細胞生長(cháng)、凋亡以及抗病毒和抗腫瘤活性中發(fā)揮著(zhù)關(guān)鍵作用[1-2]。IFN-γ通過(guò)與其受體結合，激活特定的信號傳導途徑，可以增強免疫細胞的活性，包括巨噬細胞的活化和T細胞的增殖[3]。IFN-γ還能夠增強細胞的抗病毒狀態(tài)，抑制腫瘤細胞的生長(cháng)，并通過(guò)促進(jìn)CD95/Fas介導的凋亡過(guò)程來(lái)增強對腫瘤細胞的攻擊[4-5]。
