TransIntro? EL Transfection Reagent是一種非脂質(zhì)體轉染試劑，適用于將DNA和RNA轉入真核細胞。該試劑轉染效率高，對原代細胞和難轉染細胞也能得到比較好的效果，細胞毒性低，轉染時(shí)可以有血清和抗生素的存在，對貼壁細胞和懸浮細胞均可轉染。
