    TransDetect? Cell Counting Kit,是一種基于水溶性四唑鹽的細胞增殖和細胞毒性檢測試劑盒。它在電子耦合試劑1-Methoxy PMS存在的情況下,可以被線(xiàn)粒體內的脫氫酶還原為可溶性的橙黃色甲臜(formazan)。甲臜的數量與活細胞的數量成正比。細胞增殖越快、細胞毒性越小、細胞數量越多,則顏色越深,顏色的深淺與細胞數量呈現良好的線(xiàn)性關(guān)系。該產(chǎn)品細胞毒性小,對后續實(shí)驗沒(méi)有影響,與MTT,XTT,MTS和WST-1相比,此法檢測靈敏度更高,線(xiàn)性范圍更寬,適用于藥物篩選,細胞增殖測定,細胞毒性測定和腫瘤藥敏實(shí)驗。
