    本產(chǎn)品以健康胎牛血液為原料加工而成,經(jīng)3次0.1 μm微孔濾膜過(guò)濾,無(wú)支原體污染,不含BVDV、BPV等牛源病毒,內毒素水平極低。培養細胞種類(lèi)多,細胞生長(cháng)速度快,狀態(tài)好,適用于間充質(zhì)干細胞的培養。培養的細胞適用于多種下游實(shí)驗。

    通過(guò)免疫熒光抗體法檢測TransGen FQ血清中的病毒殘留,結果如下:

    使用全式金支原體檢測試劑盒 TransDetect? PCR Mycoplasma Detection Kit (FM311)對Company B和TransGen FQ血清進(jìn)行檢測,結果表明,Company B 和TransGen FQ血清均無(wú)支原體污染。
