Trans BL21化學(xué)感受態(tài)細胞采用進(jìn)口菌株，經(jīng)特殊工藝制作，可用于DNA的化學(xué)轉化。細胞具有四環(huán)素(TetR)抗性。使用pUC19質(zhì)粒檢測，轉化效率可達107 cfu/μg DNA。使用Control Plasmid II (Amp+)用于檢測細胞是否具有表達功能，表達蛋白大小為26 kDa。
